Table d’hôtes
In the evening you may dine with our family, in the French tradition. We serve a dinner of four courses with wine and coffee. The meals vary each day and are based on traditional French cuisine with the tastes of regional delicacies, for example an omelette aux cèpes (fine boletus mushrooms from the chestnut forests), pork with marrons glacés in wine, goat’s cheese salad. 

Nous vous servons ou un apéritif ou un plat de fromages.

Un exemple d'un menu :

Quiche aux cèpes de Bordeaux (de bons bolets de châtaigniers),
Côte du porc aux miel de châtaigne, vin rouge et romarin,
Petite pois à la Française et pommes de terres,
Tarte aux chocolat mi-cuit avec farine de châtaigne,
Café ou infusion.

An example of a menu with an aperitif :

Apéritif,
Salade Cévenols avec fromage de chèvres, lardons et châtaignes,
Truites aux amandes dans sa sauce de vin blanc et de crème,
Pommes de terres à la Monet, carottes provençales,
Fromage blanc avec crème de marrons et d'amandes effilées grillées,
café ou infusion.

Price 25 € including 2 glasses of wine. Dinner Children 2 to 12 years 11 €.

After dinner and wine, you may enjoy the most beautiful starlit sky to be found in France.
 
Every Friday,

For family reasons and organizational functioning of the house, we can not offer dinner on Friday evening. In general, because we can sometimes make an exception.

 

In high season, there are several restaurants open in the area.

Picnic.

If you wish, we can prepare a picnic basket.
There are two formulas:
A basic formula and a formula of luxury. We can also prepare a picnic for sports backpack.
