At night, we welcome you to our table to share a dinner, taking pride in letting you discover the local delicacies.

The ambiance at our table is warm, friendly and open. We prepare our meals with care, in harmony with the seasons and the available local and organic produce.

Our selection of wines, cheeses, bread, honey and other delicacies from the Cévennes are sourced from local producers. The meal comes at a price of 27,50 € pp. (including two glasses of wine). Children (2-12) may join for 15 €. Other drinks are not included.

The three courses include two glasses of wine, and a digestive cup of coffee or infusion. Our daily menus are based on traditional French cuisine and local produce, and are often vegetarian. The first evening, it will be our pleasure to offer a complimentary aperitif. These companionable moments structure your stay, and provide many opportunities to make fascinating encounters. The following days, you are free to join us for an aperitif again.

On Friday evenings, for practical reasons, we do not serve dinner. We can provide a “dinner basket” on demand. We recommend a small bistro on the other side of the mountain that is accessible by foot (30’) or by car (10’). During the high season, other small restaurants are open in the neighbouring villages: Vialas, le Pont de Montvert, Génolhac and Chamborigaud (up to 30’ by car). We are happy to recommend something that suits you.

In addition, one evening a week we prepare a simple meal (main course and dessert). This evening depends on the arrival and departure of our guests. The price is €17.50, including wine. If you wish, you can go out for lunch at (l’Espinas) in the afternoon.

For lunch, we provide picnics in two variations: a simple and more extensive version. We can provide a fully equipped picnic basket on demand. For our courageous hikers, we offer a sportive picnic to take-away on the trail.
